Terms & Conditions

Welcome to weR Music & Film Academy.

By enrolling in lessons, courses, programs, or events offered by weR Music & Film Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Lesson Services

The monthly tuition includes one weekly lesson reserved for the student throughout the month.

Tuition is based on a standard 4-week month. In months containing a 5th lesson, the additional lesson will be charged separately at the student’s regular lesson rate.

Tuition guarantees the student’s reserved weekly time slot and instructor availability.

Tuition does not include:

  • Books
  • Materials
  • Merchandise
  • Special events
  • Workshops
  • Concert participation fees

weR Music & Film Academy reserves the right to adjust pricing with a 30-day written notice.

Payment Policy

Monthly tuition is billed automatically on the 2nd day of each month.

By enrolling, you authorize weR Music & Film Academy to charge the payment method on file for:

  • Monthly tuition
  • Additional lessons
  • Products
  • Merchandise
  • Workshops
  • Special events
  • Any approved extra services

Students are responsible for keeping billing information current and valid.

If a payment fails:

  • The student will be notified
  • Payment must be resolved within 7 days
  • Lessons may be suspended until the balance is paid

All payments are non-refundable once lessons or services have been provided.

Attendance & Consistency

Consistent attendance is essential for student progress.

Students are expected to:

  • Arrive on time
  • Be prepared
  • Maintain regular attendance
  • Respect instructors, staff, and the creative environment

Late Arrival Policy

Students are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lesson.

If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to avoid impacting the next student’s lesson schedule.

Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit the lesson at the instructor’s discretion, and the lesson may be considered completed and non-refundable.

Repeated late arrivals may affect scheduling priority and lesson availability.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Rescheduled lessons are subject to instructor and studio availability.

Missed lessons without proper notice are considered completed lessons and are non-refundable.

Unused lessons expire after 30 days and cannot be redeemed for cash or future credit.

Enrollment Cancellation

To cancel enrollment, written notice must be submitted before the next billing cycle.

Once tuition has been charged for the upcoming month, it becomes non-refundable.

weR Music & Film Academy may cancel enrollment in cases including:

  • Repeated missed payments
  • Repeated no-shows
  • Inappropriate behavior
  • Disrespect toward staff or students
  • Lack of attendance for extended periods

Policies for Minors

Students under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during arrival and departure.

Communication regarding minor students should occur through parents or guardians whenever appropriate.

Media Release

By attending lessons, events, workshops, or performances at weR Music & Film Academy, students and parents authorize the use of photos and videos for:

  • Social media
  • Marketing
  • Promotional materials
  • Website content
  • Educational content

If a student prefers not to appear in media content, written notice must be provided.

Studio Environment

weR Music & Film Academy is a creative environment built on:

  • Respect
  • Professionalism
  • Creativity
  • Collaboration

Students are expected to respect all equipment, furniture, instruments, and studio spaces.

Any intentional damage may result in repair or replacement fees.

Holidays & Studio Closures

The academy may close on major holidays including:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Break

Closure dates will be communicated in advance.

Policy Updates

Terms and conditions may be updated periodically.

Students will be notified of any major policy changes.
